Managing Director and Founder:

Marang Mutloane has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce Degree from Monash University South Africa. She is a member of the South African Payroll Association since 2012, and the South African Institution of Tax Practitioners since 2013. Her passion for working with people, implementing business systems and her entrepreneurial background led her to found Ponelopele Consulting in the year 2012.

Marang gained experience through involvement in family businesses where she was responsible for running the Finance and Payroll departments and has worked with businesses in the retail industry, construction industry, distribution & transportation industry and media industry. She has extensive experience in running a successful enterprise and continues to grow and develop Ponelopele Pay Solutions.
